Refund & Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and ensure every item is carefully inspected before being shipped. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, please review our policy below.

Damaged Items

Refunds or replacements are only accepted for items that are damaged upon first opening of the package. To be eligible, you must provide clear proof of damage, such as photos or a video taken immediately when opening the package. Proof submitted after use or wear will not be accepted.

Return Timeframe

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to report the issue and request a return. Any requests made after this 3-day period will not be approved.Refund location is: Magaliesburg country estate 1294 Raintree street, Amandasig, Pretoria 

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of damage must clearly show the issue occurred before use

  • Items damaged due to wear, washing, or improper handling are not eligible

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or fit

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without valid proof of damage
